What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
My favorite exercise that I participate in most days is walking. I try and get at least 30 minutes in everyday. There is so much research showing the health benefits of this practice. Therefore, my goal is to try and keep diabetes and high blood pressure away.
I’m 59 and in pretty good health, so I believe it is working. The good thing is that you can walk anywhere. If you’re on vacation, you can still get a little walk in. I will walk until I can’t because good health is wealth.
