Overcome Fear and Embrace Creativity

Hey Friends,

Happy fall!

I’m really enjoying the fall weather that’s gradually making its way into our state. I’m looking forward to the fireplace and a warm cup of coffee!

Well, our trip for the month is out of state. I’ve never been to this state, so I’m excited. I’ve now visited 20 states. Our goal is to visit all 50 states. We’re working on it!

I hope you are well! I was thinking about living a creative and inspiring life and I saw this quote.

“Creativity is intelligence having fun. “

-Albert Einstein

Wow! What a great quote! Even Einstein, a scientist, knew that living a creative life was beneficial.

When I discuss living a creative life, some people may think of their limited art skills or culinary skills. Au contraire! I’m urging my friends to try new adventures and set new goals. Eleanor Roosevelt said, “Do something that scares you every day.”

Yes! Step out of that comfort zone and have fun. Explore a hobby that’s been on your mind, but you’ve just been too afraid to try it.

Listen, I’m not a swimmer, and I’m just a bit afraid of swimming pools. But before the year ends, I’m going to participate in a water aerobics class. The teacher is 72, and she told me to get ready to exercise hard! 😂

Wow! Talk about living a creative life! That’s so inspiring! I’m ready!

I’m so happy with my creative life. It’s taking some time to get my ducks in a row and move past the fears of rejection and ridicule. But the good news is that I’ve started; therefore, I’m thankful for this progress. What a great feeling to know that I’m living my dream.

You can have this happiness too. Being creative can have so many benefits, other than just happiness. In my next blog, let’s discuss some more intriguing revelations that may surprise you and send you running looking for the next creative endeavor.

Well, I will talk to you later!

Take care! Be kind to someone today! Our world is in turmoil. We need love and kindness!

Best,

Shelly
